Meet Viitor Fonseca.
Last week, the Brazilian cyclist was out for a ride when he spotted an orphaned kitten in desperate need of help. There was no one around and the tiny animal could not fend for himself, so Fonseca decided to take the cat with him.
The kind-hearted cyclist didn’t have anything to carry the kitten in, so he tucked him into his jersey and continued the ride. The adorable animal, being all snuggled up, didn’t seem to mind at all. Throughout their 6.2 mile journey to Fonseca’s place, the kitten stroke the young man’s face, and played with the strap of his helmet.
At some point, the grateful cat even reached up and kissed his savior, before licking him again and again. Fonseca took to Facebook to share a video of their adventure. He wrote: “Saving a little life today. I’m glad that he liked me and was not clawing me. All he did was play.”
The heart-warming clip has been viewed more than 1.8 million times and received over 6,000 likes. And, the dynamic duo’s story has a happy ending, because Fonseca has managed to find the fur baby a loving forever home.
