There is no real secret to getting an animal to smile for the camera- most of the time it is just about being there at the right time! Your pet probably doesn’t know what “say cheese” or “smile for the camera” means, so getting a smile most likely won’t happen on command. If you want your pet to smile you may want to play with them, give them a belly rub, or have some treats or their favorite toy on hand!  You should also be patient. Your pet may not be easy to get a smiling photograph of- so make sure that you have all of his or her favorite things for motivation and start snapping! To capture an awesome happy picture of your furry friend you should take lots of pictures and you are sure to capture a smile!
