This is just purr-fect!
Kitties at the Etobicoke Humane Society in Canada are finally enjoying the best naps ever, courtesy of IKEA. The furniture retailer recently donated 10 doll beds, as well as $300, to the Ontario-based shelter to save the cats from having to sleep on the “cold, hard floor”.
The charity took to its Facebook page to thank IKEA’s Etobicoke branch for its kind gift. They wrote: “Our floors are easy to clean but not terribly comfortable to lay on. Now cats like Catsby and Frankie have beds of their own to curl up in.”
And even though the Swedish company doesn’t sell pet furniture, many cat owners have discovered that IKEA’s Duktig Doll Beds are the perfect size for their beloved fur balls. It’s safe to say that the felines at the Etobicoke Humane Society are happy about their new sleeping arrangement:
